Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AccountReroll, the operator of accountreroll.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale.
1. About AccountReroll
AccountReroll is an independent online store selling digital starter, reroll and farmed accounts for gacha games such as Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, Zenless Zone Zero, One Piece Bounty Rush, Dragon Ball Legends, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links and Master Duel, and Solo Leveling: ARISE. Each listing describes the account's server, characters and resources. AccountReroll is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by miHoYo/HoYoverse, Kuro Games, Bandai Namco, Konami or any other game developer or publisher.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to buy on the Site.
2.2 Minors. Users under 18 may only use our services with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.3 Location. Our services are available worldwide. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.
3. Customer account
3.1 You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tell us right away at help@accountreroll.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 We may suspend or close your customer account if you breach these Terms or commit fraud.
4. Products and orders
4.1 Descriptions. We describe each account (characters, resources, server) as accurately as possible.
4.2 Orders. Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.
4.3 Prices. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
4.4 Availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will tell you right away and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
5. Delivery
5.1 Method. Accounts are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, with the login credentials, the server and transfer and security instructions.
5.2 Time. Orders that can be sent automatically are delivered shortly after payment confirmation. Orders that need manual processing are delivered within 24 hours.
5.3 Issues. If you have not received your account within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us at help@accountreroll.com with your order number or join our Discord: discord.gg/tQfAP4dcuX.
6. Buyer responsibilities
6.1 After delivery, change the account password and associated email right away, do not link the account to social media, a phone number or a third-party service unless instructed, and follow the transfer instructions.
6.2 AccountReroll is not responsible for an account lost, banned or compromised because these instructions were not followed, because of third-party software, because the buyer violated the game's terms of service, or because the credentials were shared.
6.3 You acknowledge that buying and using a third-party game account may breach the game's terms of service, and that the game publisher may enforce its policies.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's original content belongs to AccountReroll. Game names, characters, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. You may not reproduce our content without our written consent.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to break the law, commit fraud (including false chargebacks), attack our systems, resell our products without our written permission, post false or defamatory reviews, or impersonate AccountReroll.
9. Warranties
The Site is provided as available; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity described in our Terms of Sale.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AccountReroll is not liable for indirect damages, and our liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. This limitation does not apply where the law forbids it, in particular to consumers' statutory rights.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AccountReroll against claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or of third-party rights.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so that we can look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from their publication; orders already placed remain governed by the Terms in force when they were placed.
