Overview
AccountReroll sells only digital products: game accounts delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping, no packaging and no postal delivery. All orders are fulfilled online, by email.
1. How delivery works
Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order. You will receive an email with the account login credentials, the game server, step-by-step transfer and security instructions, and tips to secure your new account. Please check your email address before completing your purchase.
2. Delivery times
2.1 Fast automatic delivery. Orders that can be processed automatically are delivered shortly after payment confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2.2 Manual delivery. Some products need a manual check before delivery. You will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed, and delivery is completed within 24 hours of purchase.
2.3 Busy periods. When demand is high, delivery may take a little longer. Delivery within 24 hours is guaranteed for every order.
3. If you have not received your order
If you have not received your account within 24 hours: check your spam folder, check the email address on your order confirmation, then write to help@accountreroll.com with your name, order number and checkout email, or join our Discord: discord.gg/tQfAP4dcuX. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
4. Delivery security
Delivery emails are sent from our email system to the address given at checkout only. We recommend using a private email address that only you can access.
5. After receiving your account
Right after delivery, change the password to a strong, unique one, change the associated email to your own, do not link a phone number unless instructed, follow the transfer instructions and never share your credentials. AccountReroll is not responsible for an account lost because these steps were not followed.
6. No physical shipping
There are no shipping fees and no customs charges. Our service is available worldwide.
